The Parador recreates the construction of a traditional galician country house, with central battlemented tower. Beautiful panoramic views of the castle of Verin. The rooms are traditionally decorated and with all facilities. Some bedrooms have views to the refreshing swimming pool and the gardens. Typical cuisine of the Region (galician) is very varied. There is empanada gallega (meat or fish pie), lacon con grelos (salted pork with turnips) and caldo gallego (hot soup with white beans and cabbage). Desserts consist of filloas (fried mix of egg yolk and flour) and melindres (a fried mixture of flour and egg yolk). From the small reception area, the wooden staircase leads to the rooms.
