A very nice property with a fantastic location. The Rica Karlstad is a great new addition to the hotel portfolio of Karlstad. Standard rooms are extremely spacious with a separate seating area and large king sized beds complete with sumptuous crisp white line. They are fresh and typically Scandinavian in design with wooden floors, natural colours and functional furniture. Bathrooms are smart and well appointed. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the hotel facing out onto the street. Known as "Legends" the restaurants desire is to offer the very best in fresh ingredients and the trendiest social setting in the city, a true destination venue. During the summer the hotel has an outdoor restaurant serving delicious grilled dishes. The lobby is decorated in a contemporary style in keeping with the building's minimal but functional design philosophy.

A simple property in a good location. There is no pool but the hotel's good location means that restaurants, shopping and entertainment are all within walking distance. Rooms are small and simply but adequately furnished. They are in good condition, as well as bathrooms There is no restaurant but only a bar/lounge. Small but functional lobby.
