All 68 en-suite bedrooms facilitated with TV, direct dial telephone, hairdryer, trouser press, tea/coffee facilities. Many sea view rooms and lift to all floors. All bedrooms and bathrooms are a little outdated but all with excellent standard of housekeeping. A medium sized traditional dining room overlooking the sea and offering Choice Three course menu for Dinner and Full English Breakfast. Adjacent Cocktail Bar with additional Show bar/Disco at ground level. A medium sized lobby with seating situated at ground floor level with easy access from the promenade (wheelchair access as there are no steps or ramps to negotiate)

At the traffic lights turn left, upto the next set of light bearing right. Follow the A585 Fleetwood road, over the next two roundabouts, then on the third roundabout take the B5412 Cleveleys road. Once into Cleveleys Town Centre, follow the A583 to Blackpool, following the tramlines, hotel is one mile on your left. By RailChange at Preston Station for Blackpool. This train will terminate at Blackpool North Station, where you will be able to catch a taxi to the hotel.

Built in 1841, our (listed building) hotel on the sea front at Fleetwood. We are 15 mins from Blackpool, 20 mins from the historic city of Lancaster and 40 minutes from the beautiful lake district. We have excellent banqueting and conference facilities. Our Victoria bar is well supported by locals and leisure guests alike. We have regular "easy listening" bands every weekend. Meals served all day form 12 noon until 9pm daily with the very popular Sunday carvery also available from 12-2pm Alternatively “The Bay” restaurant is open from 7am-9pm for food and drinks in relaxed surroundings.
