This is excellent budget type accommodation offering superb value for money. It is modern and yet basic, and ideal for single travellers, couple travellers or groups who want to stay in single or double rooms only. There is also a fabulous leisure club and pool within the complex. Modern Single and Double en suite bedrooms with a shower only. Tea and coffee facilities are available in the room as well as towels and toiletries (soap and shampoo). A TV is available in the lounge which is shared by the other rooms in the apartment (Between 3-6 rooms depending on size of apartment). There is no such restaurant. Rooms are in self catering apartments, however Continental Breakfasts (if supplement paid on booking) are boxed and left in the fridge for clients prior to check-in. There is a Common Room with comfortable couches and all Sky TV channels, a pool table and a table tennis table. There is also an on-site gym with sauna, Jacuzzi and swimming pool. Hotel is extremely busy with functions / weddings so please be aware that the restaurant may not always be available for dining in. Location is good for both Leeds and Bradford visits. With friendly staff and cosy decor the hotel provides and excellent option for those guests truely looking for a home-from-home stay. With an ongoing refurbishment program in place all of the 42 bedrooms are of a good standard. Refurbished rooms though are of an very good standard and are modern and chic in design, but bathrooms are still of an older style but in a fair condition. Non-refurbished rooms are more traditionally furnished with pastel coloured furnishings. The restaurant is extremely popular and is more traditionally designed to a high standard. The menu offers international cuisine within a cosy atmopshere providing comfortable dining for any guests.
