Good sized lobby with plenty of seating - staff friendly and welcoming. Built within the last 15 years, it is Scandinavian in appearance with long large roofs and wood panels. It fits in nicely with woodland surroundings. The Terrace Restaurant showcases the region s excellent produce (South Downs Rump of Lamb is a favourite) with locally reared meats and freshly caught seafood featuring regularly in the menus. Guests can go Mediterranean in the summer months and dine al fresco for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Alternatively, the Parson s Collar country pub is great for home cooked meals and traditionally brewed Thwaites beers.
