An good three star hotel, ideal for those wanting to visit all attractions in the north of England. All rooms are large in size and in good condition, as are the bathrooms. The rooms all have satellite TV along with tea and coffee making facilities. Rooms are decorated in a traditional style. The restaurant is rather large in size and offers good local and International cuisine, along with a carvery. The lobby is rather small in size but has a very welcoming atmosphere. There is ample seating.
