Spacious three bedroomed self catering apartment centrally located close to amenities, shops, banks and restaurants in the lovely market town of Crieff. A Victorian apartment of character with period features and beautiful views across the town to the hills. The apartment has a comfortable lounge with TV and DVD and dining area. The is a spacious kitchen with fridge /freezer, dish washer, double oven and washer/ dryer. Wi fi is available throughout. There are three bedrooms, two doubles and a single with a 4ft single bed. One of the doubles also has a click clack sofa bed and the other also has an exercise rowing machine.There is a bright modern bathroom having a bath with shower over. All linen is supplied. There is central heating by pay for use gas card and an electric fire in the lounge. There is restricted street parking in front of the flat and free parking in Coldwells Road adjacent. The apartment is at first floor level approached by stone steps. As there is no lift it is not suitable for those with mobility impairment. The flat is in Comrie Street Crieff close to the town centre and the owners are available close by at Comelybank Guesthouse to help with any requirements during your stay. The flat is available from Friday 3pm to Friday 10am or for a long weekend Friday 3pm to Monday 10am. A weekday stay from Monday 3 pm to Friday 10am is also available. All our rooms are comfortable with central heating, well sprung mattresses and easy chairs. All have TV, tea/coffee making facilities and mini fridges with ample fresh linen and lighting. The bath/shower rooms are clean, modern and well lit.
