If you are looking for a place with character, this is it! The accommodation is charming, secure and of a good standard. The only consideration to keep in mind is the pub downstairs, which may suit some more than others. PUB STYLE ACCOMMODATION. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and are well maintained. They have polished wooden floorboards, air-conditioning, television and private bathrooms. This is pub style accommodation, with the pub located on the ground floor, and the rooms located on level two above. Alice's restaurant upstairs is open 7 days for lunch and dinner. The menu serves Thai dishes, as well as a good variety of continental choices such as burgers, steaks and salads. A light continental breakfast is included in the cost of accommodation, and guests can pay a small amount extra on check in if they wish to upgrade this to a hot breakfast. You can check in to your accommodation on level two. (As you enter the pub on the ground floor level, you will find the stairs in the far left corner). Although small, the reception area does have an Internet terminal and some seating is available. The check in counter is reminiscent of old English style boutique pub accommodation.
