Cradle Chalet is a little different to many of the accommodation options in the Cradle Mountain region having developed a reputation as a unique, privately owned and operated, boutique, wilderness lodge focused on catering to smaller numbers of guests with more personal service.

The mountain cabins at Cradle Mountain Highlanders Cottages are secluded, fully self contained, self catering and private. The various cabins are ideal for a family or group holiday, romantic couples accommodation, honeymoons or to escape and relax on a short break stay. Each cabin at Cradle Mountain Highlanders Cottages is individually designed and hand built of natural timber to provide rustic mountain chalet style accommodation to complement the natural bushland setting and spectacular mountain and rainforest scenery.

Cottage style accommodation in this beautiful part of the world. The property also offers an outdoor BBQ area on site, playground, a guest laundry (extra charge) and short walking tracks around the area. SS0309 1 bedroom cottage are large and comfortable and include One Queen bed and a set of bunk beds. All cottages have a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a lounge, private balcony and offer free satellite TV, telephones and electric heating. Car parking is at the door. Guest lounge with tea and coffee facilities. Guest internet access is also available in the lounge (extra charge). There is also a deck offering beautiful views of Cradle Mountain. Cottages set in small clusters in different part of the site to maximise your privacy and comfort. There is no restaurant on site however there is a Guest lounge with tea and coffee facilities, an honesty bar and a warming fire in season.
