This is a brand new residences property. There are permanent residents as well as short term visitors. The units are tidy and well furnished, functional rather than luxurious. This property is excellent for those wanting a longer stay in Auckland with a self catering option and no need for hotel services. The price shown is for an un-serviced room. The entire property was opened in 2006, so the rooms are all in good condition. The one bedroom consists of kitchen, leading through to lounge and a bedroom and bathroom leading off from the lounge. The bathroom and bedrooms are both compact in size. The bedding configuration is queen bed, no twin available. Many of the upper floors have excellent harbour views, the other view is across the central city area. There is no restaurant in the property , there are a number of restaurants within a few minutes walk of the building. There is a supermarket within 250 metres of the building useful for buying provisions for self catering. A small functional lobby with check-in desk and a sofa.

Auckland Newmarket Motel has 20 modern, 4 Star rated units, 4 of which have double spa baths and two with a Spa Pool available. It is on the main route from Auckland International Airport (20 mins from airport) to Auckland City (10 mins from city).
