Built in 1998 the Motel comprises of 7 Studio Units, and 4 - 2 Bedroom Units. From the outset the building and all units have been well maintained and offer an extremely high and comfortable standard of accommodation. The complex is situated approximately 1.5 km north of Christchurch City centre, which can be reached by a 20 minute walk, or a 3 minute car journey. All the accommodation units are equipped with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microwave, Sky TV & VCR. 7 of the 11 units are fitted with a spa bath / shower, and the remaining 4 with a shower. The 2 bedroom units can accommodate up to 6 guests, while 2 of the 7 Studio Units can accommodate 3 guests.
