Brenton Lodge is nestled amongst an acre of lovely gardens with mature trees and swimming pool and is only 2 kilometres to the beach and village. The property has views of Whangamata and the ocean, encompassing the outlying islands including Mayor Island. The Coromandel Peninsula is famous for its beaches, native bush, kauri forests, historic gold trails and glow-worms.

The Lodge has been owned and operated by Reinhard & Petra Nickel since it opened in 1996. Bushland Park Lodge was developed into an intimate retreat, offering only three luxurious suites to create a unique and personal atmosphere for its guests. Each guest suite was developed with the travellers needs in mind, 40 to 60 square metres floor space with an ensuite bathroom and separate luggage and wardrobe areas, leaving ample space in the main room for living and sleeping. Outstanding feature to be mentioned would be the propertys own organic artesian spring water that supplies the Lodge. All tap water is prime bottled water quality!

Delicious evening meals and gourmet breakfasts are served overlooking the ever changing waters of the Firth of Thames. The emphasis is on the freshest choices available and includes New Zealand beef, lamb, seafood, fruit and vegetables according to the season.  Menus are changed daily. Special diets catered for.
