How can I make a hotel booking?
The process is simple and is completed in just 3 clicks. Choose the destination, the check-in and check-out dates at the search field. Choose the room number and the people that will stay in every room. Click the search button and wait for the results. Be careful, you should write the destination's name with latin characters. If there are kids (under 12) they can stay at the same room with the adults. The maximum capacity is 2 adults and 2 kids per room. In case the kid is above 12 it is considered to be an adult, so you have to register it as an adult. If there is an adult and a kid then you register it as an adult. Kid under the age of 2 does not need to be registered at the search. The next page is the results with the available hotels and types of room. When you have found the hotel you want, choose the room type and click the button "Book Now". You will be redirected to the reservation details and payment page. Fill out the guests names with latin characters, as well as, contact information and the way you chose to pay. After you have completed entering your information and accepted the hotel's cancellation policy, as well as Airshop's terms of use, click the button "Payment". If the payment method chosen is not by Credit/ Debit Card, but via bank transfer or cash payment, the button you will need to click will be named "Booking Complete" instead of "Payment". You have now completed the process which is followed by the confirmation page.

Can I search for more than one room at the same time?
Yes, the maximum number that you can choose is 5 rooms and your search will be simultaneous for all the rooms that you have selected.

Can I do a simultaneous search for different types of rooms?
Yes, you can choose particularly the number of adults and kids, thereby you can simultaneously search for a single room, a double , a double with a kid, a triple etc.

Do I have to enter a kid at the search?
Yes, the kid(s) from ages 2 to 12 have to be entered at the search and their age as well. Kids have their own bed in the room, unless you mention that the kid shares the same bed with the adults.

Do I have to enter an infant at the search?
No, infants that are not above 2 years do not need to be entered at the search. They stay for free with the adults and a baby cot is provided by the hotel.

How do the hotels appear in the results page?
The initial classification of results is made according to the price, from low to high. You can also sort by the results either by category or alphabetically using the white bar located just above the first result.

Can I limit the range of results displayed?
Yes, you can use the filter located in the left column of your screen. You can write a specific hotel name if you are looking for a particular one, you can indicate the price range that you can afford (the values are for the total nights), you can select a category of accommodation, nutrition type, location or even specific features you want the hotel to have. The filter functions simultaneously with the displayed results meeting all the criteria of your choice.

Can I see all the hotels on the map?
Yes, by clicking on the picture of the map on the results page on the left on your screen, you can see on your screen both the map with all the available hotels and the hotel list on your right. So you can both browse the map and view detailed values and descriptions for each hotel.

What does "free cancellation" or "non-refundable" mean?
Free cancellation and non-refundable rates have to do with each hotel’s cancellation policy. In the case of "free cancelation" you can cancel your reservation and get a full refund provided that you meet the date given by the hotel’s cancellation policy. In the case of non-refundable rates, you are not able to get a refund at any time you may cancel your booking.

What is included in the prices shown?
All prices are final and include the type of meal described, the taxes and the service charge. In some cities though, there is established a new Municipal Tax which is not included in the price and must be paid locally. If such a case occurs, you are informed about that amount in the comments of the hotel, under the cancellation policy in the payment page.

Am I charged with a booking fee?
No. Airshop offers the search and booking engine free of charge. Your charge will be the price of the room you have chosen to stay and there are not additional booking fees from us.

What does online payment mean?
That means that you are paying at out agency. The available payment ways depend on the cancellation policy of the chosen room. In case of free cancellation, you can pay by Credit/Debit card, via bank transfer or cash payment within 72 hours after your booking. If your room is non-refundable, the only available payment ways are by Credit/Debit card.

Which are the card types that you accept?
Every visa card is acceptable, Mastercard (debit/credit/prepaid), Maestro (debit/credit/prepaid), American Express, Diners.

When is my credit/debit card charged?
The charging procedure starts when you press the button "Payment" at our page and after you have accepted the hotel's terms of use and also the cancellation policy. We request a pre-approval from your bank for the total value of your rooms and your overnights. After the hotel's confirmation we move on to the freezing of the amount in your account and the confirmation page is then displayed. If the pre-approval of your card is successful, but the purchase cannot be completed, we automatically send a request at your bank asking the cancellation of the pre-approval. The pre-approval is not the charging of your card for this specific amount, but the freezing of it. This means that we have requested the release of the amount from your card. The release is being done by the bank, therefore their internal regulations determine the exact time of the release.

Can I use a card (credit/debit) even if I am not the owner?
Yes, you can use the card and complete the booking. The contact information of the card holder have to be entered, because it is very possible that someone from our agency will contact him in order to confirm the transaction.

The charging procedure can not be completed, what should I do?
When this procedure can not be completed, a message is displayed mentioning the possible reasons. If the message comes from your bank, you will need to come in contact with the bank that gave you the Credit/Debit card in order to inform you about the rejection reason.

After choosing payment at the hotel, when am I charged?
By choosing payment at the hotel, you pay directly at the hotel with no further cost from us. In order for your booking to be successful, your credit card number is needed, the hotel will then check if the card is valid receiving pre-approval for 1€ and then the pre-approval is cancelled. The final charge will be done by the hotel according to the cancellation policy of the type of room you have selected.

Can I pay at the hotel with a different credit card than the one I used for the booking?
Yes, usually the hotel accepts the payment with a different card or by cash. Make sure that the hotel accepts your new card type or cash.

How safe is it for me to register my card information to your site?

I made a booking but I have not managed to pay within 72 hours.What happens now?
In case that we have not received your payment within 72 hours, you booking will be automatically cancelled and you will receive a cancellation e-mail. If you want an extension of the 72 hours, contact our call center at 8011 111222 or send us an e-mail with your request at
support@airshop.gr. After reaching an agreement with a hotel we will inform you for the approval of your request.

How will I know that my booking is succesfully completed?
The confirmation page has to be displayed. This page is displayed when the payment process is completed and it shows your booking number, your booking status and every guest, contact and payment information that you entered the at previous step.

I have registered my e-mail incorectly.What do I need to do?
There is no need to worry, just call our customer service department on 8011 111222 or send us an e-mail at
support@airshop.gr, mentioning your correct e-mail address and we will send you a confirmation there.

I have made a mistake at the dates, what do I have to do?
If something like that happens, you have to contact us as soon as you notice the mistake. We will contact the hotel and try to change the dates. This is something that does not depend on us, it depends on the cancellation policy of the chosen room, the hotel's terms and the existing availability.

I have not received a confirmation e-mail.What should I do?
If you have not received a confirmation e-mail, maybe you have misspelled your e-mail address during the booking process or the e-mail has been moved to the Junk/Spam folder. Check your e-mail (Spam/Junk) and in case you still can't find it, contact us.

Can I cancel a booking at a hotel?
You can cancel a booking just by sending an application form at
support@airshop.gr, mentioning your Airshop booking number, the hotel and the rooms that you want to cancel.
