Apartments are in very good condition and beautifully furnished. One bedroom apartments feature full equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, air conditioning and ceiling fans, cable TV, pay per view movies, room safe, hair dryer and direct dial telephones.
There are 2 restaurants; one is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the other is only open for dinner on Tuesdays to Saturdays.
Elegant medium sizes lobby with some seating, 24-hour reception, tour desk and resort store.

This hotel is located 3km from the centre of Cairns, next to the Botanical Gardens and the Centenary Lakes. There is a resort shuttle service that picks up from the resort every hour from 9am to 6pm, this is in addition to a local scheduled bus service that has a stop outside the resort.
