Uma Mandi is a small and charming home style hotel set among verdant rice fields just a 5 minute drive to the center of Ubud. The owner is a well known local artist who has opened up his home to welcome visitors. Suitable for singles couples or families who wish to experience life in a Balinese family home the hotel is located down a country road that winds past open fields and a beautiful view of Mount Agung. Constructed in 2009 the Uma Mandi has five superior rooms with basic amenities in a spacious and comfortable environment. Each room has a LCD satellite TV Wi Fi access and a large bright en suite bathroom with tub and shower. This quiet hotel provides breakfast and light meals served by the traditional Balinese kitchen. Unwind in the small swimming pool or take a bike ride or walk through the lovely surroundings to catch a glimpse of everyday rural Balinese life.
