This is a highly recommended property both for quality and location. Guests can enjoy also a brand new spa with thermal treated pool, a jacuzzi pool, a Roman sauna with immersion bath, two relaxation corners where guest can hydrate the body with herbal teas. The Spa also offers Rasul baths, herbal baths, mud baths, relaxing, energizing and lymphatic drainage massages and esthetic treatments. 0409SR Rooms, all completely refurbished in 2009, are in perfect conditions. All rooms are bright and spacious, with wooden floors. Furniture is simple, but at the same time very stylish. Some decoupage chairs are really unique. Walls are decorated with hand paintings reproducing flowers and leafs. Lobby is medium in size, very welcoming and charming. Everything in this place is authentic and very tasteful. This unique hotel is the ancient palace designed by Rossellino, in the 15th Century that was Pope Pio XII Piccolomini summer residence. This building overlooks the famous thermal water basin that features a unique square where for 2000 years the hot thermal water has gushed at a temperature of 49 degree from a depth of 1000 metres. La Terrazza Restaurant is a special and enchanting place overlooking the beautiful scenery of Bagno Vignoni. In this fairytale context guests can taste the best of traditional Tuscan dishes. Albergo Le Terme has also the Wine Bar La Terrazza that overlooks the thermal water basin in the center of Bagno Vignoni and is the meeting point for all good wine lovers. This Bar serves also snacks and light dishes until late.

This property, completely restored in 2009, is located in Bagno Vignoni, in the hearth of Val D orcia, 50 km South of Siena, 30 km from Montepulciano and 20 km from Montalcino. Val d Orcia has been added to the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites because of the excellent preservation of the landscape which inspired so many Renaissance artists.
