While building the Hotel Brusago, we thought mainly about the environment, utilizing bio-architecture, an innovative methodology that uses only natural and ecological materials instead of glues and chemical substances according to the eco-tourism philosophy of Trentino Region in order to propose bio and eco-compatible holidays in Trentino. These new construction methods guarantee comfort and better health to our guests while respecting the environment. As concerns energy savings, different solutions were adopted to reduce the consumption while producing energy from renewable sources. These investments were made to protect the environment and they reflect the love and great gratitude that the Hotel Brusago’s management and personnel have for it. Our Trentino rooms and suites on the Pine Plateau are furnished with care and creativity and natural pieces that reflect our new ecological philosophy. Our rooms and suites are large, comfortable and equipped with all the facilities to let our guests sleep and relax themselves sourrounded by the beautiful Pine Plateau environment. One room was designed by following the Feng Shui philosophy according to Lilian Too… you just have to try it! The Brusago Bio Hotel has boasted a popular and excellent cuisine for decades, known in its Restaurant L Osteria dei Toni (open every day also at lunch from 12 30 to 2 pm) which proposes Trentino s wine and food specialities on Pine Plateau, typical of Trentino s gastronomic tradition. The Trentino region is a land rich in genuine products, such as cheese, salami, jams, honey, fruit, mushrooms, game and delicious wines from the nearby Cembra Valley. These ingredients are present in everyday dishes prepared with wonderful recipes that delight even the most demanding palates.
