This is an excellent new property, charming and intimate. There are not many rooms at this hotel which is a benefit to those guests that demand a high quality of service and constant attention by a professional and friendly staff. The rooms look superb. The rooms are sumptuously furnished with precious fabrics, beautiful furnishings, and silk on the walls. They vary in size from small to large and are equipped with all the modern technology and comforts. The marble bathrooms are small but well designed and most of them propose either hydro massage shower or bath tub. There is a breakfast room with bar on the first floor, nicely decorated in keeping with the luxury of the whole property. The lobby is medium in size, elegantly furnished. There are 2 leather sofas with a coffee table and mirrors on the walls. Plants and flowers contribute to enrich the atmosphere.
The hotel is situated in a quiet area off the livelier Via Garibaldi full of the everyday life of the Venetians, with its traditional shops and colourful markets. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes walking distance, and 2 stops by boat line number 1, from San Marco square. The boat stop is called Giardini and it is close to the Naval Museum of Venice. Through a nice walk along the Gardens of Venice (Giardini), off in Via Garibaldi, towards San Francesco da Paola Church, down the little street that recalls the name of the church, is the Corte Contarina.
