The hotel is located on Pescaras south seafront, just in front of its private beach with very fine sand. It is close to Pescaras new marina and to its sports facilities. Only 500 m away, it is possible to find the dock from which there are ferry connections to Croatia and Tremiti Islands. Moreover, the hotel is near the old part of the city, where guests can visit the former homes of Gabriele DAnnunzio and Ennio Flaiano or enjoy shopping along Viale Marconi, filled with a variety of lovely shops. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel, the train station is about 2 km away.||This beach hotel is one of the biggest in Pescara with a total of 131 guest rooms. Renovated in 2006, the establishment offers spacious, air-conditioned lounges, a large dining hall and a comfortable living room with a bar, TV and WLAN Internet access (for a fee), as well as a meeting room (also ideal for banquets or working breaks). Guests are welcomed into a reception hall with 24-hour check-in and check-out service. The hotel is equipped with 2 lifts, and there is a hotel restaurant.
