The hotel is one of the unique properties in Sapporo featuring Austrian style image from place to place. From New Chitose Airport, it takes 35 minutes to Sapporo Station by JR Airport Liner or 70 minutes by Airport limousine bus to the hotel (bus stop in front of the hotel). Sapporo Subway lines well serves in the city center area. It is five minutes walk from Exit 22 of Sapporo station on Nanboku and Toho Subway Lines. It is easy access to entertainment and business district "Susukino" from the nearest subway station.
