The hotel is located on Conchas Chinas beach, only roughly 15 minutes from Eden. It is only 3 minutes to Puerto Vallarta town centre and 20 minutes to the international airport.||The hotel was built in 1980 and fully renovated in 2000. There are 20 comfortable rooms on offer with typical Mexican decoration, facing the Conchas China beach and nestled in exotic, green vegetation. Facilities on offer include a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock and a hotel safe for depositing guests valuables. The El Set restaurant offers a view of the beach and there is also the La Playita restaurant and a bar to choose from.
