This hotel is in a truly spectacular location amid the breathtaking mountains. It is also a very practical place to stop before dropping down to the fjords and visiting Geiranger.
The rooms are simple in appearance with modern furniture. They are not luxurious, but are cosy and comfortable. They all command spectacular views of the stunning surrounding scenery. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are in good condition.
The restaurant is decorated in traditional rustic Norwegian style with a bare wood floor and sturdy wooden furniture.
The lobby is small, but there is a cosy adjoining lounge.

This hotel is located high in the mountains just of the main road (no 15) between Otta and Geiranger, the latter being a beautiful 45 minute drive away.
