The Usadba was built in Kaliningrad in the place of Nesselbeck (Nettle Spring) in 19th century. There are 58 comfortable rooms in the hotel Usadba - 36 of them are standard rooms, 17 are junior suites, 2 are suites and 3 rooms are with kitchen equipment. Every item in the Usadba is unique and can tell its own story. Old bureaus and tiled stoves create the atmosphere of comfort in the rooms of the hotel. Furniture and lighting were carefully chosen by designers to reach the maximum of comfort and harmony. The interior is notable for the modest bourgeois charm - antique and modern furniture created by designers.
