Aspasios Plaza Real Apartments is a New Reformed Building ( May 2.004), just in the corner with Las Ramblas. One bedroom apartments (from 50 to 65 Sq.meters ) with all amenities and facilities included. Apartments with nice views looking out Ferran Street. MH APARTMENTS offers 24h customer service. The apartments are from 50 to 65 Sq.meters and have been decorated with new contemporary design furniture, based on a studio basis with two single beds, a double sofa bed (1.40x2.00m) plus one individual sofa bed. All the apartments are complete with bathrooms, air conditioning and heating, washing and drier machine, dishwasher, independent kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine including a complete set of kitchen and table utensils. All The apartments living rooms have plenty of light as it is situated close to the balcony looking out onto street Ferran. The living room is fully equipped with a 21 television and HIFI-CD player and D.V.D. Completely equipped with bed linen (sheets, duvets, pillows, blankets) and a set of towels for each guest. Aspasios Plaza Real Apartments has been completely reformed in May 2004. It keeps the original structure with a integral modern construction. The building has spacious balconies onto the main street.
