The complex consists of 36 new apartments spread over 6 floors located in the same building, with a shared lobby, a hotel safe and reception. The building is also air-conditioned and features lift access. WLAN access is also available, though subject to fees. In addition, guests have the use of a laundry room, which comes with a washing machine, dryer and irons. Parking facilities are also available for guests arriving by car (subject to fees). Pets are not allowed. A returnable deposit must be paid on arrival. Note that the office hours which includes the handing over of keys are between 9 am and 1 pm, and 3 pm to 7 pm, Monday to Friday, except holidays. Inputs and / or departures outside these hours have an additional charge (except for stays of 7 nights or more). Check-in or check-out on weekends are from 9 am to 1 pm.
