The complex comprises several 3-storey apartment buildings. On site there is a small supermarket, a public telephone and a restaurant serving many tasty dishes. Those arriving by car may park in the complex car park.
Pets are welcome for an additional fee per stay. Hand towels and bed linen are not included in the cost. It is possible to hire bed linen for an additional cost per set and week. The fee is paid on arrival, as well as a deposit. The installations are open during the summer months. Guests can collect apartment keys at Oficina alquileres Peniscola located at c/Irta 3- Edificio Forner, telephone 964482065. Check-in is Mondays to Saturdays from 5 pm to 8 pm and Sundays from 10 am to 1 pm. In the case that clients arrive out off the indicated times, they should contact their travel agency a minimum of 3 days before in order to inform the apartments. Direct payment of an extra fee is required for arrivals at later times. If there is no confirmation with the apartments and travel agency of a late arrival time it is probably not possible to get the keys. Arrival cleaning is available.
