Melon District Marina is a modern student residence style of accommodation in the centre of Barcelona with a roof top pool and self-catering facilities. It is a perfect choice for budget travellers or long stay guests looking for self-catering accommodation. Single room measures 12sqm and includes a study area, a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Twin room (18sqm) provides wardrobe, study area and twin beds and en-suite bathroom. Safe deposit box in room is available at extra charge. Room cleaning service is available once a week, also at extra charge. All guests have access to a cooking lounge, each to be shared with 10 guests, which includes a kitchen, seating area and flat-screen TV. Guests can also cook, watch television or socialise and meet people in the chill-out area located on the first floor of tower A. The Refreshing Lounge is available on the top floor of the residence and incorporates a sun lounge, showers and a swimming pool.
