The Hotel Palafitte offers you individual luxury pavilions with breathtaking views of Lake Neuchatel and the Alps, half of which are built on piles directly in the lake. Each pavilion is 68 m in size and is equipped with a spa bath, a Nespresso coffee machine, air-conditioning, free internet access and free wireless internet. The private terrace of the pavilions built on the water offer you direct access to the lake. The elegant restaurant La Table de Palafitte offers you refined Swiss and local cuisine. Each of the 24 pavilions built on stilts has an individual bedroom, a bathroom with movable partitions that allow a view onto the lake from the bath tub, a separate toilet, an office corner and a large terrace with only the neighbouring Alps to block the horizon. Direct access to the lake through a small ladder from their private terrace. In the summer the temperature of the water is around 23 . The lakeshore pavilions are also built on stilts on the edge of the lake. The Palafitte Hotel has 16 of these, all with an outstanding view on the sprawling Neuchatel Lake. Only a small path separates the bungalow from the lake where swimming is possible when the warm weather returns. The restaurant From March 2014, the restaurant has been presenting its menu in a newly renovated setting. La Table de Palafitte favours local market produce with a menu which follows the seasons. Totally encased in large French windows, the restaurant opens onto the sumptuous surrounding nature with the terrace as the only barrier. Sunday brunch Every Sunday is a paradise for brunch lovers!
