The reception hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 to 19:00, Saturday 10:30 to 19:00, Sunday is closed. For arrivals within these hours please come to reception located at 10 Commercial Street, Birmingham, B1 1RH.
For arrival out with reception hours:
Please go to the Express check in entrance on Commercial Street which is next to the main Reception entrance.
If type 7788 on the keypad next to the door the door lock will release and push the door open. In the event that enter the wrong code please try again.
Once inside continue along the corridor. On the left there is a small cupboard. Inside this cupboard is a key box the code for which is START then 744821 then START. Pls open the safe.
