The 335 studio are bright spaces with unique features and custom detailing designed by Marcel Wanders. Combining a sophisticated color palette of grays, golds, black and white with custom wall-coverings, rugs and furnishings, Wanders has created open living areas that are dynamic yet relaxed. Spaces flow into one another to create an expansive feel, large windows. Kitchen and dining areas feature walls covered in traditional Dutch Delft tile custom-made with Miami Beach motifs. Asia de Cuba blends a vibrant, social atmosphere conceived by Marcel Wanders with innovative menus, incorporating the best of Asian and Latin cuisine and producing intense flavors distinctly united. The restaurant delivers imaginatively prepared signature dishes such as Calamari Salad "Asia de Cuba," with chayote, hearts of palm, banana, cashews, chicory and radicchio in a sesame orange dressing; Tunapica, a picadillo style tuna tartare with Spanish olives, black currants, almonds and coconut in a soy-lime vinaigrette; Palomillo of Marinated Lamb, Miso-Cured Alaskan Butterfish accompanied by a tempura-battered shisito pepper, and Lobster "Mai-Tai, with rhum, coconut, red curry and wok crispy boniato. Mondrian's Lobby will feature 17'6' high ceilings offering spectacular views of Biscayne Bay, the pool, & marina. With a 4,000 sq ft signature lobby that will flows onto the pool deck, Mondrian will have a one-of-a-kind lounge/bar atmosphere overlooking Biscayne bay. World renowned Asia de Cuba will be featured as well as a dynamic night life lounge.
