This is a superb hotel for exploring Ruedesheim, and its beautyful surrounding wine mountains. The bedrooms are small but comfortable and are furnished in traditional style in a brown and cream colour scheme. Though simple, the rooms are in very good condition as are the bathrooms. The hotel's restaurant, which is situated on the ground floor, is furnished in rustic style with atmospheric subdued lighting. It has a small, cosy lobby with a wood panelled ceiling and an open fireplace.

This Schloss-hotel is set in a beautiful surrounding overlooking the whole valley and gives you the impression of being back in the 19th century. The bedrooms are furnished in various subdued colour schemes to a high traditional standard and have a very homely atmosphere. Due to the age of the building they vary a lot in size, but on average they are medium sized. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are in good condition. The restaurant offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Its furnishings and style are quite modern, its kitchen renowned as one of the best in Germany for both gourmet and traditional cuisine. The lobby is medium sized and reflects the homely atmosphere of the hotel despite not being as traditional in style as the exterior of the building might suggest.
