A pure mixture of tastes, skillfully handed on from father to son and from the grandparents recipes from which we get dishes that are unique in the world, such as anchovies, sardines and mackerels, the typical pasta with aubergines, the sausages of Etna, the pasta with pistachio, the pasta with shellfish and many other excellent fish and meal dishes, the vegetables mix with extra virgin olive oil.
