The complex has 50 units situated on four acres with a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, clubhouse and sauna. Gas grills are available for use in the pool area. Each condominium is individually owned and decorated. Each offers a deck, wood burning fireplace and full kitchen with all of the pots and pans, dishes and glassware provided. All have washers and dryers. The bed types vary in each unit. These 1,150 sq. ft. units offer all the amenities of home and are located about a three minute drive to all the activities of downtown Durango.
