Great location, Heritage style property. Suitable for individual guests or families. A good hotel with friendly, professional service offering good value for money. Rooms are Heritage style, and vary in size, depending on which part of the building they are in. Some are medium in size while others are very large indeed and all have high ceilings. They have air conditioning, fridge, 20-inch colour TV, personal safe, tea/coffee makers, hair dryer. All rooms are ept in great condition as are the bathrooms. Excellent standard of housekeeping. Criterion cafe, with outdoor seating, located on the street level, separate entrance to the hotel serving a large selection of local and international foods. There is a Tavern in the basement, very popular with locals and visitors. A nice peasant medium lobby with reception and seating area. There is also a computer terminal with high speed Internet access. Light snacks and drinks can be served here throughout the day.
